Lamb/Hogget Box – 10kg CSA Subscription

Our lamb/hogget boxes are made up of a variety of cuts from one lamb or hogget.
Your 10kg box will generally contain the following:

• Loin Chops
• Cutlets
• Leg Roast
• Shoulder Roast
• Riblets
• Shanks
• Mince

Each cut is packed into approx 500-800gram packs which is enough for a meal for 3-4 people. Each box should contain approximately 15-20 meal portions.
A box will consist of 10kg, but depending on the size of the lambs you may get a little more.
