Lamb/Hogget/Beef – 10kg CSA Subscription

Our mixed Lamb or Hogget* & Beef  boxes are made up of a variety of cuts from one lamb or hogget and a beef animal. (*depends on what we are processing at the time).
Your 10kg box will generally contain the following:

• Loin Chops
• Cutlets
• Leg Roast
• Shoulder Roast
• Neck Chops
• Riblets
• Shanks
• Rump Steak
• Sirloin/Porterhouse
• Fillet
• Topside Roast
• Blade Steak
• Mince

Each cut is packed into approx 500-800gram packs which is enough for a meal for 3-4 people. Each box should contain approximately 15-20 meal portions.
A box will consist of 10kg, but depending on the size of the sheep and beef animals processed each month this may vary, you may get a little more.

NOTE: If this product is indicating back order this means we are are either sold out of  Beef or Lamb this month.  We will contact you for your first order which may be all Beef or all Lamb for the first month.
